Except for people with the rare seizure disorder called Musicogenic Epilepsy. They have seizures when music or certain frequencies are heard.

I used to drive the handicapped bus which I had to have extra training for. Seizures were given quite a bit of attention because of the way light (such as shining through trees & flashing) & noise (such as certain tempos & tones) could trigger seizures. That is why ADA buses always have tinted windows & never play music.
