What is the best therapy for brain injured patients to regain arm and hand motion and use? And which tools do you recommend for help with bathing, eating, using the computer etc?

Thank you for your question. The best therapy is a combination of physical therapy (someone else stretching and moving the joints) and splints to prevent contractures. Adaptive tools are available for various activities of daily living.
