1 ReactionIf one has a low MELD score (cancer is slow growing) and NASH, if the lesion is treated with that eliminate the changes of ever getting a transplant?
Would your team ever take an organ to another hospital for eventual transplant...or do you limit to just the MAYO system?
How and on what basis are different regions divided when it comes to OLT? e.g. region 5, region 11, etc.
Do you routinely recommend and perform either before OLT or during OLT a sleeve gastrectomy or RYGB for baritric patients?
Is it true that for some people, the MELD score does NOT reflect how sick they really have become?
