You discussed my daughter's 2 or 3 a day but she does not have every day. How aggressive should we be to get timely appointment to talk to her neurologist?

Three seizures a day isn’t bad. I use to have 12 a day. My neighbor claims to know a little boy who has up to 100 a day but was helped by a Neuro Chiropractor. I can’t confirm this but have no reason to disbelieve her.
