I have just been able to confidently run 10 miles while training and am competing in my first 5K this weekend. How on earth do I make the jump from running these moderate distances to marathon distances? Is there a training plan you recommend following? Or should I just keep running and gradually increase my training distances/ racing distances? I would love to be able to complete a marathon one day! Thanks
