@16jody

I can't tell you what my injury is because the Drs. Have not been able to diagnose me. I used to walk 5 to 6 miles a day, slowly the front of my legs would start to have pain and by the time I got home my legs were extremely painful. So I started teaching senior aerobics ,was able to continue that for 4 years until the pain returned only a lot worse. I did and still have spasms at night where the front of my leg or legs with next to my shine bone would tighten up from just below my knew all the way to my big toe. I have to get out of bed immediately and stand for a few minutes for the pain to start to fade. It can happen on the front or from my ankle up the side of my leg. The pain is really bad. It went away for about 6 months but is back again. It hits me from one up to six times in a night. I've not been able to walk for over 4 years. I sent this in the hopes that you might be able to help me. Thank you, Jody Mills
