Dr Schaff did my surgery in mid December...doing fine, no limitations. On 10 MG metoprolol twice a day now...:)

I have a question....my children of my deceased husband have been getting checked every 3 years since 1yoa. Nothing so far, no thickening whatsoever. and they r 12 and 11. Should i begin yearly screening or continue every 3 yrs?
