Thank you for including me. FYI my problem started about 2 years ago, first I just thought I was just out of shape and getting old, but it has continued to get worse, especially in my right knee, and now I am in constant pain and having difficulty doing anything. My left knew also hurts and is weak, but not near as bad as the right. I have only had X-ray and MRI of right knee, which showed minimal cartilage damage & some arthritis- not enough to cause such pain and instability. I had a cortisone shot last year (should it have BEEN SOOO painful??), which helped a bit, but now I'm back to bing in constant pain and not very mobil. Because I go to a clinic, I can't see the doctor for a few more weeks. ALSO, my knees and thighs are very weak! I have difficulty getting up from a chair sometimes, and I really can't do stairs- especially up. I have been tested for MS and ALS, and luckily results were negative, but I don't understand what the problem could be and noone (doctors) seem to take me seriously. Just hanging in until I can see the Ortho.... I am very concerned that we are missing something. Since specialists tend to have tunnel vision (not necessarily in a bad way), could we be missing something????

I was unable to find this on Facebook, despite following link. Should I have looked elsewhere? Sorry!
Also, I didn't realize that last long post from me was for questions to DR.! 🙂
