Rory, I have terriable Bursitis in my right hip. I get a Steroid shot in the hip every 90 days as the Law allows. You might check into it. I also take a couple of Silver Sneaker ZOOM classes that really help! I do Silver Sneakers Yoga and Flex and Balance class! I just read about another group for Seniors called "Silver & Fit"! Again they do classes that are designed for seniors.
I know how the classes I take help me!
I'm the only guy in the class so I get teased by the ladies sometime! I know they help me and that's all i'm interested in!
