@rjwilliams I tried doing Keto a few years ago.
I just couldn’t get beyond having fatty foods especially for breakfast.
Too much meat and fat makes me feel sick.
Have you ever had any issues with eating lots of meat etc. ?
Do you have a set menu or book you go by. I am wanting to lose 20 lbs.
