Finding relief from epileptic seizures Dec 3, 2020 | By Jennifer O'Hara (@jenohara)
I have pretty bad sleep apnea, use a B-Pap and love it. It does help....if you use it. I continued to have sleep difficulty, restless leg syndrome is very bad, pain of course, anxiety and so on. I'm off all pain meds, on no sleep meds other than melatonin capsules, take an extra strength tylenol, believe it or not. With all else, it does help. I now use 1:1 THC/CBD at night, 1 dropper of tincture, before bed.I sleep well, continuously through the night, and am rested. Pain is controlled, anxiety is relieved, Requip addresses the RLS - works wonders! So, I am off all heavy drugs to these problems. The answers are working very well in combo. I couldn't do it w/o the THC/CBD. Pain and anxiety. My PCP doc prescribes the marij. and is very knowledgeable. For me, this is the answer to many of my issues.
I only use it sparingly during the day. A little spray of THC if pain is breaking through. A CBD gummie or a 1/2 dropper of tincture for anxiety if needed.
I was quite proactive re the marijuana, as I was at my wits end and desperately wanted to get off the heavy drugs. Working in concert with my Mayo docs, I've accomplished that, but only with the help of the THC/CBD. Otherwise, I'd have to be on drugs w/side effects.
