Earlier this year my daughter was looking for coping strategies to help all of us. She found a tool (attached.) We use it with my 4 year old grandson at bedtime - he calls it the "dice game" - to end the day on a positive note. I use mine every morning to try to set a positive note for the day, or any time I find life unusually stressful.

This is a great idea. I'm going to print it for our grandchildren-good thoughts for us older people too.
