I can’t eat the things you mentioned because they are forbidden on a strict renal diet. Even brown rice is forbidden. I have to limit the amount of potassium and phosphorus in my diet while at the same time get about 35 grams of protein every day. I am in stage 3 of renal failure.

Jane, I'm also Stage 3 CKD so another something we share in common. We are all in this together, yes?
