@2011panc I enjoyed your spotlight. I derive pleasure from the prep of veggies. It must be the rhythm as well as keeping my hands busy. I oft chop veggies just for something to do so I can see results and all of the lovely colors!!!

Only wish we lived closer, @parus. I'd gladly let you chop my veggies. It always seems like a tiresome project for me. However, when I do have to chop veggies, I will think of you, maybe that will make the work lighter.
