My husband is suffering from "chemo brain" from taking Hep C antivirals, having chemo and now being on anti-rejection meds after a liver transplant. I try and try to keep him active but he only wants to sit on the couch. Any suggestions?

Hi @jodeej. I'm sorry to hear of your husband's struggles. Without knowing more about his situation, I would recommend trying to start with things he previously enjoyed. There can be a number of reasons someone may become more withdrawn, such as depression or other medical issues, so being sure those issues have been ruled out would also be important.
