I'm hoping to visit Alabama's gulf coast. I have been to Pensacola and other places on the panhandle.i live further down the Gulf near Tampa FL

Aww,@sandytoes, you are so sweet! And yes, that was the worst day of my life. I had to trust that he would be in safe hands not only on the medflighr down there but during his hospital stay. His surgeon was the best at the Children's Hospital, and everyone there was so professional and good to our boy. It was a true learning experience. I have learned to be grateful for every day, because we are not guaranteed tomorrow. I hope we get to meet in person sometime, maybe at the Mentors meeting one day! Hugs and love!
