@mammacita, I enjoyed reading your spotlight. I am going to consider your last sentence an invite! I would love to meet you in person some day. We moved to S.C. from the Southwest and plan to bounce out to surrounding states to explore. The shores of Alabama are on our list. (I love seafood) I like reading your posts to people; I am trying to bring more warmth to my conversations because I tend to be too factual. I am the go-to person to research and return with answers from reputable sources. I can tell that you are a sincere and warm person, and because you are; you are a Godsend to the people on Connect. Thank you for being here!

Now, see, @windwalker, I am the one who wishes she could copy and paste so easily and transfer material from other sources to Mayo Clinic Connect! Frankly, I haven't taught myself to do that yet. I admire you young whippersnappers who can do all of that so easily! Next time we go to Gulf Shores, I will message you. Maybe we can meet up on the beach. It's really beautiful. We'll have a great time. Oh, and thanks for your kind words! I thought I answered a little too white bread. Dull and boring. But safe. Safe is good. Ok, I will talk to you later, dear!

@mamacita Ha! Thank you for calling me a young whipper-snapper! I will be 60 in Dec. so, I welcome all compliments. I am still learning computer short-cuts. Please do let me know when you want to meet at the Shores. We are always up to a road trip. I am on one right now. The cut and paste is easy. Just click and hold on a link until a message box that says 'copy link' pops up, then click on that. A message will then pop up that says 'copied to clipboard'. Then go to reply to someone in the reply box click and hold where you would normally start to text, a dialog box will pop up and say 'Paste', click on paste and it will drop the copied link into your reply box. Feel free to practice on me. I will pm you on how to copy paragraphs of text. See ya!
