@dianrib Since I live in SE Michigan I'm able to take the Amtrak at a very low cost and leave the car at home. There is an added expense of taxi fares, but it probably is not as much as parking and the stress of driving in Chicago traffic. Teresa

Watching traffic jams is much better than driving in them! Wow, what a deal you get - just $4.75 - it is OK to let others think you are old.

@hopeful33250 I've got you both beat I pay 2.75 here in Calif to go within 19 miles but only 3.50 to go elsewhere like L.A.but don't want to go there.
