Hello @melaniebb, welcome to Connect. I wear a full mask also as I am mainly a mouth breather. I also have a deviated septum which I'm sure is one of the reasons I've always been a mouth breather when sleeping. My mouth does get dry once in awhile but the humidifier on my CPAP machine does help minimize the dryness. I have the ability to crank up the settings a little which helps. I can set the heat level for the heated hose from off to 1 to 5 and the same with the humidifier tank. I generally run my hose at 4 and the tank at 3. The sleep medicine doctor reommended the hose be one setting higher to keep the moisture down so I think I can make the settings the same if the mouth gets too dry.
What type of mask do you use?
