Yes, I tried the Bredesen protocol, but for me at least, it was very difficult to maintain the regimen. I was still working at the time (now retired due to MCI).

I just found this MCI group… I have MCI, in the process of testing to determine what is going on. I read Dale Bredesens book and if my testing shows Alzheimer’s, I plan to follow the ReCODE program. I know it will not be easy and will cost some $$ to get testing done/buy supplements, etc. But it does offer some hope.
Our family history is riddled with Alzheimers, so I already believe I have it. That is a motivator too.
