@zachdc, Hi, and Welcome to Connect.
I am a liver and kidney transplant recipient, and the antirejection medications (immunosuppressant) that I take are the same for both organs. Each organ and each recipient will have special requirements, however the information that is given is general for all transplants. Sometimes an individual will have other medications for other health issues.
