Good evening @ardis3, How severe is your post-surgery pain at this time. Are you experiencing inflammation also. Even now I have the fluid around my other knee removed with MFR (myofascial release therapy). The Baker's Cyst fills up and needs to be relieved.
I think I would use a 1:1 CBD/THCor for daytime activity and a 2:1 CBD/THC for bedtime. You can always adjust the dosage. Let me know how it works for you.
And I almost forgot the topical. You may just be happy with a 1:3 CBD/THC balm which is usually for acute pain. Change it to a 3:1 CBD/THC for chronic pain. You can read about those choices on the P and B (Papa and Barkley) website.
