Chronic low back pain

@sparklegram

Good morning Kelly, I hope you had a restful night last night. I had a lumbar laminectomy over 30 years ago. Yes, I did have a protruding disc, and other problems. The surgery helped immensely. But now, at 76 years of age, I have some other back problems, but nothing as severe and debilitating as I had then. I've included a link from Mayo Clinic here about laminectomys. https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/laminectomy/about/pac-20394533 Again, I highly recommend seeing a trusted spine doctor.

@sparklegram thank you for this insight, I really appreciate it, I will do some more research as I don’t feel like I want to go through surgery yet. Thank you for this 🙂
