@sparklegram thank you for getting back to me. Can I ask why you got spine surgery if you don’t mind? Was it disc protrusion? Sometimes I feel like that is what I need as no one knows what is wrong. It can be so frustrating, I feel though my quality of life is completely gone as I can’t do anything, can’t exercise anymore etc

Good morning Kelly, I hope you had a restful night last night. I had a lumbar laminectomy over 30 years ago. Yes, I did have a protruding disc, and other problems. The surgery helped immensely. But now, at 76 years of age, I have some other back problems, but nothing as severe and debilitating as I had then.
