Kelly, I'm so sorry to hear of your terrible pain. I've had back pain for years, off and on. I had a back surgery at one point years ago. I highly recommend that you see a reputable spine specialist. In the meantime, keep us posted and know that we are all hoping for the best for you.

@sparklegram thank you for getting back to me. Can I ask why you got spine surgery if you don’t mind? Was it disc protrusion? Sometimes I feel like that is what I need as no one knows what is wrong. It can be so frustrating, I feel though my quality of life is completely gone as I can’t do anything, can’t exercise anymore etc
