Wow that’s scary, I feel like if my appendix burst I’d be in excruciating pain. Right now it’s constant nausea and grumbling with a bit of soreness. They seem to really think it’s a stomach flu but Once again I’ve never felt this shitty with any flu.

They should probably take a stool sample and test it. Have they not done this?

@nikkicxncel sorry dear forgot you could see this reply, didnt mean to scare you, hope i didnt. i talk too much. but when i look back at many of the medical issues i have had, many of them were not handled correctly so this is why its so good to have a site like this and have so many suggestions from others .... didnt have computers in those days and relied one hundred per cent on what a doctor said, or didnt say. 🌷

@nikkicxncel you’ve mentioned grumbling in your stomach which makes me suspect appendicitis even more. Apparently there is something called a grumbling appendix which is another name for chronic appendicitis so you may be headed for acute appendicitis. It could become acute anytime.

Have you mentioned the grumbling in your bowel to the ER doctors? If you haven’t please do, and ask if you might have a grumbling appendix! I really feel you should insist they investigate appendicitis and insist on that ultrasound of your lower right quadrant. Yes, it might be chronic appendicitis but it could become acute very quickly and could rupture before you can get to a hospital.
