@mmoss I can only imagine that a burning sensation in your abdomen and pelvic area is something that negatively impacts your life and you want answers.
You'll notice that I added your discussion to the Neuropathy group. I did this because from what you have said, it sounds like the pain be neuropathy.
Members like @pondoak @pkagarwal @wannie,@sunnyflower @lacy2 @bethunger @tigreyes2004 in the Neuropathy group may be able to offer information, suggestions, and support.
You said that your pain management doctor thinks it nerve pain, may I ask if she suggested any treatments?

Hi, Thank you for your reply. After a MRI on my back, my pain management Dr will be doing a tranferaminal injection on my T-12 and L-1 are. This is a steroid injection to reduce inflammation. Hopefully it will work.
