Good afternoon @shyviolet8, Big welcome to CONNECT . Anxiety is frightening. You want to get it under control before it gets to the point of panic attacks. I don't know how old you are or how long you have been married........so it is hard to surmise what words or behaviors might be initiating your fear.

Here is my last question for today. It is a big one. Do you find yourself doing things that you wouldn't normally do just because of your fear of losing him? and last one #2 have you participated in retreats for Mindfulness?

I had horrible anxiety although it was free floating- did not have any image or story connected to it. I practice mindfulness and meditation and it has made a huge difference. I still feel it coming on but I can usually get to a reasonable place. There is an app called Insight Meditation and you can search for Anxiety and listen to guided meditations designed to calm you down.
