Hello @sueom, I would like to add my welcome to Connect along with @captphilly777 and other members. Mayo Clinic has some information on B12 deficiency that mentions that it can cause nerve damage and mood disturbances.

"Left untreated, a vitamin B-12 deficiency can lead to anemia, fatigue, muscle weakness, intestinal problems, nerve damage and mood disturbances."

Yes, I have. I take B-12 injections self administered each month.
