There are no side effects of this cream. I have used it for years.

I forgot to mention that I am using Vagifem Insert Tablets 3 times a week. No improvement yet with that and the Oxybuynin
oral pills 2 times daily.

Is estrogen cream doesn’t interfere with Tamoxifen - hormone therapy ?
Would it help for UTI ?

I wake up at 2 or 4 am and pee a large volume ( I measure) ranging from over 600ml to 1 litre. This is drying me up. Who to see? Should I get imaging done? Haven't tried vaginal cream.
