I have been following the Tennant Foundation, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people with "intractable" pain. This is different than just chronic pain - it is constant pain that becomes unbearable a large part of the time. It is headed by Dr. Tennant, who is a retired pain management physician. He mostly focuses on neuropathy from spinal injuries, not diabetic neuropathy. He is located in West Covina, CA (suburb of LA).
