Thanks Amanda! I just had a prolotherapy injection last month but the pain is getting worse, so I'm just doing some initial research on my own in case there is no improvement. My doctor did mention PRP as one alternative when we discussed treatment options a few months ago but he didn't go into detail since we decided prolotherapy made the most sense for now.
