I presume you mean 20mcg (not mg). Buprenorphine allowed me to get of morphine but I still require prn oxycodone. I’ve never had injections and refuse to. Having been a nurse for 35 years I know the bad side effects steroids have. I also drink green tea w/ ginger, matcha tea, golden milk shakes since I’m not on anti inflammatory drugs
