Oh @mrbrandon, I am sorry you are experiencing this. With some of the symptoms that you were experiencing that you thought to be COVID related, I would definitely get checked out by a physician sooner rather than later. When your overall health is concerned, it's never too early to see someone!

There is a member that posted a discussion with similar symptoms, and I don't want to alarm you, but it's better to be safe than sorry. Masses in the testicular region could always be benign, but you need to have them checked to be sure.

Could you provide more details. Why this might be covid related?

Not yet but I am planning very soon. So far the pain has almost all gone away, with the only remaining traces being the lumps at the bottom of my testicle, which I think it connected to the cord that usually located behind the balls. Also my semen has increased in amount but also became more watery
