@christinakelley411 Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I’m very sorry your son is having such difficulty with his Tourette’s Syndrome. As a parent, watching your son struggle so, must have you feeling helpless. For your son, not being able to work or have a full and active life is tragic.

Your son is 22, have his symptoms worsened over the years? When was the last time he’s been seen by a neurologist?
