@joeyd5641 , I have tried Alpha Lipoic acid but it seems that there is a reaction with it and Gabapentin. I'm not able to take the Alpha Lipoic Acid. šŸ™ Did you find that the Covid Vaccine made your neuropathy worse?

Thank you for sharing this. I take Gabapentin as it isnā€™t as hard on the liver and doesnā€™t interfere with the anti rejection meds Iā€™m on. I was going to ask my neurologist about ALA, to see if he thought it might help me.

Iā€™m wondering if there are others who take Gabapentin who have tried ALA and have an adverse reaction?
