Any effects which are not considered normal vaccine effects or were not provided to you by the provider giving the vaccine MUST BE REPORTED TO THE PROVIDER WHO GAVE IT TO YOU FOR LOGGING INTO THE VAERS.

You also able to file a VAERS report yourself, that is what I was told to do by Duke where I received my shots. Helen
