@pepsi97 I have had instances where I fell asleep then woke up very disoriented. In reading your posts here, is it possible you were tired and indeed fell asleep in the vehicle? Then, you startled when woken up. If you have not had another incident like this since October, might you chalk it up to simply falling asleep in your travel home from work?
