Please don't be anxious and come to any conclusion till you have feedback from the cardiologist. At 66 (I am 67) you will learn that some things in your body have changed. Try to focus on the fact that with today's technology there is a solution to whatever is happening with the heart murmur. If you meditate that will not only calm your mind, but also your body. If you are someone who prays that is another source of comfort. At this time in our society, the pandemic without a doubt causes the mind to race and overthink. But calm down and prepare yourself for the visit to the cardiologist. Write all your questions down. Take them to the office visit. Focus on the solution. With your arthritis and back under control you are already set to enjoy a better lifestyle. Focus on the solution. And most importantly know that you are not alone in this. Whatever the final diagnosis, come back and share it with us. There will be someone in a similar situation in this forum who will reach out so you can talk to them about next steps and how to cope. Wishing you all the best, and praying for your peace of mind!
