Hello @nancykeenan

I empathize with your digestive tract problems. I've had three surgeries of the upper digestive tract and understand all of the uncomfortable problems that can occur. The Fodmap eating plan has had helped many of us with symptoms of IBS. While I'm not a medical professional and cannot diagnose other people, the fact that you said that your pain is in the lower abdomen reminds me of my own symptoms with diverticulosis and diverticulitis. Has any doctor ever done a CT scan and/or colonoscopy to check for those disorders?
