So glad I found this thread. I was diagnosed with Barrett's esophagus and I have been beside myself not knowing best way to handle diet. Dr Aviv's book makes so much sense and this is going to be my guide. I would be very pleased if my Barrett's could be resolved. I take 40 mg omeprazole in am 30 min before breakfast. Thank you for mentioning the book!
