Your diet, while quite restrictive has made a difference in your health, @riflemanz64! I congratulate you on your ability to make these modifications to your lifestyle in order to feel better.
Just wondering, do you take meds for your GI problems?

Yes PPI 40mg before supper of Pantaprazole but I can't get rid of the chronic gastritis.
There was no sign of Barretts on my last EGD so the diet got rid of it. I did lose 25# on this diet and am now 175#.
