Hi Jake, I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I lost my dad about the same time ago and it's still really tough. I heard someone say that you don't get over rather through these difficult losses. My prayers will be with you.

Helen's post about Turmeric caused me to do a little research on the contraindications, risks, side effects, etc. on it and I was very surprised to learn what I did.
