Hi @jolinda I would have to agree privacy is a big issue today. We don’t seem to get enough of it anymore with all the technology. I feel artificial information (AI) collects our information for a sales pitch. I am seeing this on our phone and computer devices. It listens or keeps track of subjects we research to provide us with more information.
Well, I finally got my Fitbit Inspire 2 yesterday. I am learning how to use the tracker. The health information is basic like heart rate, sleep hours, steps, calories burned, etc. You do have to download the Fitbit app on your phone to be able to enjoy all of the features of your Fitbit model. I find it very helpful to stay on track with my physical activities. My husband has a Fitbit also. It has encouraged him to lose weight and get more sleep. He often goes out for walks which he never did before. I am hoping it will help me as well. I am okay with disclosing my basic health information for the benefits. Who knows it may even help to catch abnormalities.
