@rinah20 With the different symptoms you have, it may be better if you start with seeing an Internist/ General Practitioner. They have experience in many symptoms you have. It sounds as if the cause of your anemia has to be found as well as your faintness. You may be dehydrated, but there are also conditions where the blood pressure drops when you stand up. Your feeling cold fingers and feet could be a sign of thyroid hypoactivity - or even an autoimmune illness.
It would not be a good idea to go to the ER. The doctors there don't have the time to work you up properly- they are excellent to deal with urgent medical problems. I recommend that you find an Internist or GP/Family Physician to be evaluated.
