Sorry for taking so long to respond Im trying to distract myself from it as much as possible @johnbishop
Yes Ive read as much as I could all over the internet but I couldnt find any information on mild or partial torsion, I also do think that I need surgery but the doc doesnt seem to agree at all.
No swelling but the cord seems firm to the touch, yes Ill have to do it eventually but the problem is that the docs here are very unprofessional and Ill probably end up with the same result until I literally start arguing or begging them to do something... thats why Im trying to figure out what it is exactly so I can either direct them better or try to fix it myself.
Tnx for reading.

@helpneeded - Not sure if you've ever used Google Scholar (https://scholar.google.com/) but I have found it useful for finding the latest medical research and other papers on medical information. I did a search using "no swelling testicular torsion" and it found a paper from 2010 that sounds like it may be related to what is going on for you.

"BK Somani, G Watson, N Townell - Bmj, 2010 - bmj.com
… The testis was mildly tender with no swelling and felt normal in size, shape, and
position … In all cases of suspected testicular torsion, emergency surgical exploration
is necessary to avoid loss of the testicle. How common is it …"
