Hi this is my last resort ( I really do not want surgery ) this will be my 7 th hip surgery 6 on the right . And 7 dislocations ( which are extremely painful
Over the years I have tried direct muscle therapy, physio , I walk everyday up some hills although always on a track or road or paths , and beach . Up 5000 steps some days more some less depending how I feel .I tried to build my muscle as much as I was able as the infection has destroyed a lot of the muscle and because of so many surgeries and dislocations my strength has diminished quite a lot . Am in a rock and hard place but I have to do this operation as I cannot keep dislocating as my life doing that is a brace on everyday , as I’m so scared it will keep coming out . Constantly looking for things that may trip me up etc . It’s been the toughest ten years all the trauma has left me with ptsd and severe anxiety...thanks ang
