Worth taking time to read even if not all in one sitting . I especially liked the “The Paradox of Osteoporosis…” - credible and helpful Most of the time I feel like I have to be a Dr to understand and keep up with what’s going on (which of course good today may be bad tomorrow). At 75 am paying attention to my body and accepting where I’m at every day.
