Hi @farahat you mention you are a type 2 diabetic. Do you manage your diabetes to keep your glucose where it needs to be? Perhaps you developed diabetic neuropathy. This may cause more difficulty in attempting your tasks. Do you see an endocrinologist or PCP for your diabetes? Your physician should be able to determine if you have neuropathy. Many factors can be the cause of exhaustion. Your physician would be better qualified to give you information based on your medical history. Wish you well to find answers. Toni

I read on this site that low thyroid is common among many of the people, and it certainly has been an issue for me for years. Then I had my cancerous thyroid removed and live on low doses of medication. I am not happy about it but the doctor insists on keeping a certain number low so I don't get more cancer. Maybe I am exhausted because my old body is wearing out. I have a rocker but don't use it much.......yet. Sorry I can't offer any suggestions as I am getting slower and slower as well. Dorisena
