@sunnyflower I am certain you know that Mayo lists the following problems that can be caused by too much B6...
A lack of muscle control or coordination of voluntary movements (ataxia)
Painful, disfiguring skin lesions.
Gastrointestinal symptoms, such as heartburn and nausea.
Sensitivity to sunlight (photosensitivity)
Numbness.
Reduced ability to sense pain or extreme temperatures.

One would think! I 'm dealing with so many health problems it's overwhelming and am so grateful to finally have found something that may be causing some of them and will get away from it NOW! Warmest wishes for a blessed Thanksgiving, Sunnyflower

Yes, thank you. I have discontinued the 50 mg of B6 last week and yet all last night from 11 last night until 11 this morning I was having severe muscle tetany. I finally went to bed about 8 this morning and had a semi-conscious sleep for 3 hours as I continue to work through the muscle tetany trying to stretch it out but nothing worked at all. So it is coming from another source than the B6. I am not a happy gal needless to say we'll get through this as I always do. This is not a rare or isolated incident. It happens far too often. Thank you for sharing, Sunny flower
